»Matt Bourgault, Executive Director
    Matt has worked in Community Television for Comcast, Formerly Cablevision, from 2000-2005. His duties included overseeing the operations, recording municipal meetings, and the editing of programs for the Ashburnham/Ashby Community TV studio and the Townsend Community TV Studio as an Access Coordinator.
    Since 2005, Matt was hired by AWCA-TV full-time as the Access Coordinator. In 2007, Matt was promoted to Executive Director and now oversees the operation of the TV studio. In addition to the operations of the studio, he is also responsible for the audio/video engineering at the studio as well as editing TV programs and training members on equipment.
    Matt is a class of 2000 graduate of Oakmont Regional High School. During his time at Oakmont, he was involved with the Media Production class and photography club. Since 2000, Matt has been part of the Media Production, now TV Production course offered at Oakmont, where he spends each day in the classroom as a co-teacher. Matt also attends Mount Wachusett Community College, where he is finishing his degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media.

»Dave Belliveau, Video Production Specialist
    Dave has been actively involved with Community Access Television in Ashburnham since 2002, first serving on the Ashburnham Cable Advisory Committee for 3 years, helping with the incorporation of AWCA-TV. In 2005 Dave filled in part-time as the AWCA-TV Executive Director for two years.
    Since 2007, Dave has filled the part-time role of Video Production Specialist, which involves video recording of a variety of civic and community events that also include post production editing. His other responsibilities include the posting of all AWCA-TV Community Bulletin Board announcements and program scheduling for both Channels 8 and 9.
    Dave's first involvement with Community Access Television started in 1991, first becoming a volunteer and also serving on the Board of Directors with Fitchburg Access Television.
    Dave is a graduate of St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School and Mount Wachusett Community College. Dave has two children, Jason and Timothy. He lives with his wife Joanne.
    In Dave's spare time he enjoys travelling to the seacoast beaches of Maine.

»Jane Peters, Community Outreach Coordinator
    Jane has been working with AWCA-TV for just over a year. A 2010 graduate of Oakmont Regional High School, she is continuing her studies at Fitchburg State University in video production, where she is a member of Greek Life and the Leadership Academy.
    Some of her job functions include the filming and editing of several public events such as selectmen meetings and Oakmont Basketball, as well as maintaining the station's website, Facebook page, and Video-On-Demand service. Recently, she also acquired the role of community outreach coordinator, working with the public and community groups to enhance their knowledge about the station and attract new members. She hopes to interact with the public even more in the future to help them realize the incredible resources the studio has to offer.
    In her free time Jane enjoys watching movies, shopping, any type of arts and crafts, and keeping up to date with her fifty something subscriptions on YouTube.
